Yes, a refundable security pre-authorization is held on your major credit card upon delivery. The amount typically ranges from €1,500 to €3,500 depending on the vehicle category (Luxury Sedan, SUV, or Super Sport). The hold is automatically released within 3–5 business days following safe vehicle return and check-in inspection.

Absolutely. We offer a minimum rental period of 24 hours. Single-day rentals include our full white-glove delivery to your hotel or airport terminal and standard comprehensive insurance coverage.

Yes, airport delivery is one of our flagship signatures. Your dedicated concierge will meet you at the arrivals terminal or private aviation FBO lounge (including Boryspil, Chopin, Vienna Schwechat, or Václav Havel). You can be seated in your vehicle within 5 minutes of landing.

Yes. All VELORA rentals allow intercity transit throughout Ukraine and across European Union countries. If you plan cross-border travel between Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Ukraine, notify our concierge so we can prepare all required green cards, vignettes, and international border permissions beforehand.

We extend a complimentary 60-minute grace period. If your schedule changes significantly or your flight is delayed, notify your personal concierge manager via WhatsApp or phone. Returns beyond the grace period without notice are billed at the standard prorated hourly rate.

Yes, extending your rental is seamless. Simply message your dedicated concierge at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off. If your current vehicle has an upcoming reservation, we can either extend it immediately or seamlessly upgrade/swap you to an equivalent luxury model at your location.
